Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Options

We offer Standard Shipping (3-5 working days, £3.49) and Express Shipping (1-2 working days, £5.99) within the UK.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier and are not guaranteed. During busy periods such as Christmas, delivery times may be longer than usual.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at outkastsclothing666@hotmail.com and we will investigate with the courier.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
