2. Orders

By placing an order on outkasts.co.uk, you are making an offer to purchase goods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP and include any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the time of checkout.

4. Payment

We accept card payments via Stripe. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your card details. Payment is taken at the time of order.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 working days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns & Cancellations

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the item. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days at outkastsclothing666@hotmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage costs.

8. Hygiene Exclusions

For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery and earrings cannot be returned unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for that order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
